The cake is one of the most iconic elements of any wedding- it is the first food a married couple shares and symbolizes their new bond and the bounty they share with their friends and family. In an effort to make our cake pricing as hassle-free as possible for you, we have established three separate levels for our cake artistry. Everyone has different needs, desires, and priorities and our levels reflect that. The cost of your cake will be determined largely not by materials, but by labor. An experienced chef can spend many hours on some of the flowers and scrollwork that are popular on wedding cakes. Making fondant perfectly smooth is also time-consuming. A taller cake will cost more due to the extra work needed to maintain its structural integrity. |  |

you! From making multiple cakes to breaking out the oversized pans,
our commitment to your special day knows no bounds! Do you want cupcakes? We have them! From simple to elaborate and in any flavor combination you can dream up, cupcakes are an increasingly popular choice for brides, and we would be happy to provide you with them. Depending on the number of them you need, our cupcakes can be had for as little as $2.00 each.  Bittersweet's can make truffles with your name and wedding date! |  |
| DELIVERY AND CUTTING Unless
specified otherwise, all wedding cakes are delivered. We’ll go
anywhere in northeast Ohio, and delivery cost is based on distance. We are more than happy to cut and serve your cake for you at a flat fee of $50. We will send a uniformed staff member with the proper utensils. If possible, we ask that you allow us to fill a pitcher with hot water at your site. This serves to keep the knife clean and assure clean cuts in the cake. |  | BUDGET Are you on a budget? We can work with you! Sheet cakes cost less- consider ordering a decorated sheet cake for a smaller wedding. Having a huge wedding and want to save some money? Consider ordering a small, beautifully decorated tiered cake for the ceremonial cutting and make up the difference with plain iced sheet cakes. Only your caterer will know the difference! |
