If you wish to cancel an order placed either online or in our store, please contact us within twelve hours- this way you can get it canceled before we’ve started work on it.  If you contact us within this time frame, we will cancel your order and return your money.

If we ship an order to you and it arrives damaged, let us know within one business day of receiving it and we will send you a replacement at our expense.  We will include a shipping label with your replacement and require that you send the defective merchandise back to us- this is so that we can inspect it and improve our shipping procedures in the future.  If we ship an order to you and you find that we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong thing(s), let us know within one business day and we will send you a correct replacement at our expense.
