Bittersweet's is a retail pastry and chocolate shop.  

Bittersweet's does not serve food or beverages in the shop.  Items purchased at Bittersweet's are meant to be consumed outside the shop.

Our kitchen processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, and other common allergens.  Even if an item is not listed as containing any given ingredient, there is still a chance of cross-contamination.  

All our prepackaged items are labeled for ingredients.  Full ingredient lists for all other items are available upon request.

Bittersweet's is a licensed Retail Food Establishment, registered in Summit County, Ohio, and coplies with all health department and safety inspections.
